What are Private Yoga sessions? A private yoga session is a beautiful one on one opportunity to discover YOURSELF! Yoga, HEALing, strengthening, creating, diving into yoga philosophy, as well as INSPIRing one on a journey toward a home practice may occur! These sessions can EMPOWER you to unleash your inner superhero and awesomeness!
What will a session look like? Each private yoga session is created unique to your individual needs and goals. Typically a session lasts anywhere from 60 to 90 minutes, your decision! First session will include discovering as much information about your bright being as possible to make sure our time together exceeds your expectations! Using over 2 decades of studies in theory, anatomy, physiology, different styles of yoga and yoga philosophy, along with my nursing knowledge, you will discover how strong you are, find joy in where you are and embrace who you are! I can see your awesomeness from here and it cannot wait to get started!
What are some of the benefits of a Private Yoga session? So many that I cannot list them all but will mention a few major benefits!

Why Private Yoga? Because it is ah-maze-ing! Each one on one session is intuitively designed for YOU whether you are new to yoga, pregnant, injured, or well versed in yoga tradition! Some of us suffer from anxiety, depression or body image issues, one on one sessions can provide a sense of safety and give one the tools to live more freely. Yoga can be extremely therapeutic, enhancing the lives of those with back pain, scoliosis, autoimmune disorders, prenatal, postnatal, athletes, and more. In one session, a person can leave with a basic or deeper understanding of yoga, know what shapes makes them feel amazing and which to avoid related to their specific condition, relaxation tools . Basically, you will get everything you came for and more! Can I hear a "Whoop Whoop"!
